We work during US business hours, Eastern & Pacific
Websites & apps for US companies

We build your app or website, and show you every step.

Most people who hire a developer have no idea what's happening until something is "finished". With Dublingoo you see the design before we build it, try every new feature before your customers do, and pay only after you approve each stage. When we're done, everything we made belongs to you.

You own everything
The code, designs and hosting accounts are in your company's name from the first week, not ours.
Pay after you approve
The project is split into stages. You pay for each one only after you've seen it and signed off.
We're awake when you are
At least 4 hours a day overlapping with US working hours, plus a written update every Friday.
No lock-in
We use popular, well-known technology, so any developer can take over later if you want them to.
Not technical? Here's the whole thing in four steps.
1

Tell us your idea

We ask questions until we understand your business, then write down exactly what will be built.

2

See it before it's built

You click through a realistic mock-up of the app and change anything you don't like, for free.

3

We build, you watch

Every two weeks we show you working features on a private preview site you can try yourself.

4

Launch & hand over

We go live, then hand you every file, password and guide, with 30 days of free bug fixes.

Every project includes:
NDA before we talk details
Ownership in your name
Security checks on every change
Accessible design
30-day bug warranty
Why clients switch to us

Hiring a developer shouldn't feel like a gamble.

If you've worked with an agency before, some of the left-hand column may sound familiar.

Your worry
What often happens
What we do instead
"Who owns the code?"
The agency keeps the code on its own accounts until the final invoice is paid, and sometimes after.
We set up the code storage (GitHub) in your company's name on day one. You can see and download everything at any time.
"Where is it hosted?"
Your app runs on the agency's servers. Moving it later is slow, expensive or impossible.
It runs on a hosting account you own (Amazon, Google or Microsoft), with written instructions for every setting.
"Is anything actually happening?"
Weeks of silence, vague emails, and demo dates that keep slipping.
A working demo every two weeks on a private preview site, plus a short recorded video you can share with your team.
"What if we part ways?"
Nothing is written down, so no other developer can pick it up. You're stuck paying for support.
Full written guides and video walkthroughs, so a new developer could take over the next Monday.
"Will the price balloon?"
Open-ended hourly billing and surprise invoices for "extra work".
An agreed price for each stage. You pay only after you've approved it, and any change is quoted in writing first.
What we build

From a first app to fixing one that's struggling

One experienced team covering design, building, hosting and support.

01

Web apps & online platforms

Customer portals, dashboards, booking systems and software you sell to other businesses, built to stay fast as you grow.

For your tech team

Multi-tenant architecture, role-based permissions, real-time dashboards. React / Next.js, Node.js, Python, PHP / Laravel, PostgreSQL, Redis.

02

iPhone & Android apps

One app that works on both phones, keeps working with a weak signal, sends notifications, and gets approved by the App Store and Google Play.

For your tech team

Flutter or React Native, offline-first sync, push notification infrastructure, store submission and compliance.

03

Payments & financial products

Taking payments, digital wallets, lending and account balances. Built so money is never counted twice and identity checks are handled properly.

For your tech team

Idempotent double-entry ledgers, Stripe / Adyen / Plaid, KYC/AML flows, PCI-DSS scope reduction.

04

Branding & design

Logo, colours and style guide if you need them, then screens that are easy to use, including for people with disabilities.

For your tech team

User research, Figma design system with tokens shared with the codebase, WCAG 2.1 AA.

05

Hosting, domains & going live

Your domain name, email setup, secure hosting, automatic backups and alerts if anything goes down. Updates go live without the site going offline.

For your tech team

AWS / GCP / Azure, Terraform, Docker, GitHub Actions CI/CD, blue/green deploys, Sentry / Datadog monitoring.

06

Rescuing an existing app

Slow, buggy, or left behind by a previous developer? In two weeks we review it and give you a plain-English report on what's wrong and what to fix first.

For your tech team

Code quality and test coverage review, security scan, database query profiling, cloud cost review, remediation roadmap.

What happens after you sign

Seven stages, and you approve each one

Here's a typical project, a website plus a mobile app, week by week. Nothing moves to the next stage until you say so.

01
Getting started
Week 1
You meet your project lead, we agree how and when we'll talk, and we set up all the accounts (code, hosting, domain) in your company's name.
You receive: a project plan
02
Understanding your business
Weeks 1–3
We talk to you, your team and ideally a few customers. Then we write down exactly what will be built, and what can wait until later, so there are no surprises.
You approve: the requirements document
03
Look & feel
Weeks 2–5
Your brand style (logo, colours, fonts) and a set of reusable screen elements, so every page looks consistent and is easy for everyone to use.
You approve: the brand guide
04
Clickable preview
Weeks 4–6
A realistic mock-up you can click through on your phone or laptop. Show it to customers or investors. Changing things now takes hours; changing them after building takes weeks.
You approve: the final design
05
The building plan
Week 6
A written plan of how it will be built, what it connects to, how it's kept secure, and roughly what hosting will cost you each month.
You approve: plan & running costs
06
Building, two weeks at a time
Weeks 7–18
Every two weeks you get new working features on your private preview site, plus a short summary of what changed. Every change is checked and tested before it reaches you.
You see: a demo every 2 weeks
07
Launch & handover
Weeks 18–20
We go live, submit the apps to the stores, switch on monitoring and backups, then hand you everything, with 30 days of free bug fixes.
You receive: the full handover pack
How we keep your live site safe

Your customers never see a half-finished change.

We keep three copies of your product. New work starts in the first, you try it in the second, and only what you've approved reaches the third, the one your customers use.

Automatic security checks Every change is scanned for known security problems before it can go live.
An "undo" button for updates If an update ever causes a problem, we can switch back to the previous version in minutes.
Daily backups Your data is backed up automatically, and we test that the backups actually restore.
For your tech team

Ephemeral preview environments per pull request, staging mirrors production with sanitised data, GitHub Actions CI/CD with Dependabot / Snyk, immutable release tags, multi-AZ zero-downtime deploys.

Questions

What clients usually ask us

Anything else? Just ask on the call. There are no silly questions.

You do, completely, from day one. It's written into our contract. The code, designs, domain and hosting are all set up in your company's name, so you never have to ask us for anything.
Let's talk

A free 30-minute call with someone who actually builds products, not a salesperson. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit, roughly what it would cost, and what the first month would look like.
